Billing and settings
Use these pages for plan and workspace settings that affect the whole organization. Changes to plans, organization information, and branding should be made by someone with clear responsibility for the workspace.
Billing
Under Billing, you will find plan, usage, and upcoming amounts where they are available to the workspace. Check the number of active users and included services before changing a plan or capacity.
When a plan change affects several users or services, inform relevant administrators before saving. Afterwards, verify that the desired plan and effective date appear in the overview.
Branding and organization settings
Under Settings → Branding, administrators can manage the organization’s branding and signature settings where those functions are enabled. Use the name, logo, and contact information approved by the organization for external communication.
Review the result in relevant email or surfaces after a change. Do not put API keys, private contact details, or other confidential information in a signature or public profile.
Data export
The Data export link is also available under Settings. See Security and logs for access requirements, safe retrieval, and handling of export files.
Customer support
Under Customer support, administrators can create and follow cases for the workspace. A useful case includes:
- what you tried to do
- which admin page or service is involved
- the time, any error text, and redacted personal data
- what changed immediately before the issue occurred
Attach a screenshot or technical information only when needed. Remove or redact passwords, one-time codes, keys, complete email messages, and other secrets before submitting the case.
Overview and welcome
The Admin home page collects status and shortcuts for the workspace. The welcome flow is used when basic setup is missing. Treat it as a checklist, not as a replacement for checking domain, user, and security status after changes.
Before changing a global setting
- Check that the change applies to the correct workspace.
- Assess which users, domains, and services it affects.
- Make one focused change at a time and document its purpose.
- Confirm the result in Admin and in Activity and logs when the action needs to be auditable.
